The depressed and impoverished populations of the region of eastern Nepal failed to turn out even minimum numbers in so called "social harmony" rally held in that part of the country. In fact local people are quite forceful in their demand that a Constituion for the country be promulgated according to the wishes of the Mao Body. They further declared that the brahmin, chetri and newar would not succeed in their splittist tactic of undermining the unity of various cultures by getting them to agitate for individual right of each. Nobody is believing this social harmony voodoo being promoted by monied interests who have stake in peace and status-quo. Change and revolution are the key words until the brahmin, chetri and Newar are thrown from power into the hell-pit with their demon gods who have for long, long, long time made the Nepali people suffer. parbati lama, Boston, USA
