Sadbhawana forum forms Valley panel

KATHMANDU: Sadbhawana Youth Forum (SUF), the youth wing of the Rajendra Mahato-led Sadbhawana Party, today formed its Valley Committee under the chairmanship of Ranjit Kumar Singh.
The 21-member committee with Saroj Kumar Yadav and Shambhu Prasad Gupta as vice chair and secretary will form district committees in the Kathmandu Valley and Kathmandu liaison committees in three months. “We are trying to focus on the youth as they are the driving force of any political party,” said Mahato.
He expressed hope that the expansion of the party’s youth wing will facilitate interaction between party affiliates in Kathmandu and also provide assistance to party members from the districts visiting Kathmandu.
Mahato said the youth forum of the party, which has reserved seats for non-Madhesis, will play a crucial role in expanding the party’s organisational base across the country.
