Six houses robbed in Biratnagar

BIRATNAGAR: A group of robbers broke into half a dozen houses at Dagraha in Morang district last night.
A group of about 15 masked robbers wielding weapons looted cash, valuables and mobile phone sets from the residents of six houses at around 1 a.m. on Thursday.
However, the robbers met with strong retaliation of the villagers and could not plunder other homes in the settlement. Thirty-five years old Magar Bahadur Budhathoki was injured in course of retaliation.
The District Police Office stated that the robbers have been identified and a search is underway for them.
