NEPALGUNJ: First year diploma students of civil engineering vandalized Bhrei Technical School today claiming that a question was asked out of their course at the certificate level examination.

The examinees came out of the examination halls soon after the starting of exams and damaged the infrastructures of the school.

Police charged batons to control the mob. According to Inspector Ain Bahadur Malla, police arrested four examinees for resorting to vandalism.

Interestingly, the examinees have also chanted slogans demanding to allow them to cheat in the exam.

Bhimkanta Lamichhane, regional deputy director of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, said the police were mobilised as students demanded them to allow cheating in the examination. Meanwhile, the administration scheduled another day for today’s postponed exam.
