Tansen jeep mishap death toll reaches four

TANSEN: The death roll has reached four in the jeep mishap that took place at Gwadi of Gulmi district on Sunday.
With the demise of Lali Chhetri (68) of Galkot-3, Baglung in course of the treatment in Lumbini Medical College, Prabhas, the number of the deceased has reached four.
Three passengers in the jeep had already lost their life on the day of the mishap.
According to the information provided by District Police Office, Palpa, the deceased have been identified as Sher Bahadur Kauchha (36) of Righa VDC-9, Kalika Kharel (45) and a three-month-old child, Hemanta Chalise of Galkot-3 of the Baglung district.
Critically injured jeep driver Dal Bahadur Thapa of Bhakunde, Baglung has been referred to Bharatpur hospital of Chitwan for treatment.
Likewise, another injured Mahadutta Chalise (56) of Baglung Kandebas was sent to B&B Hospital in Lalitpur due to bone injuries, said Lumbini Medical College sources.
Among ten passengers injured in the incident, four died, one returned home with minor treatment and five others are undergoing treatment in different hospitals.
