On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, the students of Suryodaya School, Dillibazar organised a programme hosted and performed by the students themselves. The programme was really exciting as pre-primary students started with a catwalk and other interesting items.

Teachers were surprised to watch children performing B-boying, hip-hop and other contemporary dances. Students from Nursery to Class X participated in the event. Musical performances, plays and poem recitation made the programme interesting.

Another exciting part of the program was the prize distribution of ‘Suryodaya Euro Cup Football Championship’ held during the time of Euro Cup — Poland/Ukraine. Renowned footballer Upendra Man Singh distributed the medals to winners. Greece team bagged the first position in senior group as the Netherlands team became first in junior group. We were very lucky to have Singh in our school and I am very happy to have got medal from him as I was the winner in the second team England.
