LALITPUR: A 19-year-old boy was found hanging from the ceiling using a rope in the third storey of his house at around 8 am on Saturday.
The deceased has been identified as Babis Silawal of Kavrechap, Bishankhunarayan-7, police said.
further investigation into the incident is underway.
