Traffic on Sisneri road section reopened

HETAUNDA: With the removal of landslips fallen on the Sisneri road section, regular traffic along Kulekhani-Pharping-Kathmandu route has reopened.
Two-way vehicular movement along the Madan Bhandari Highway had come to a grinding halt due to landslides at Sisneri- 5 and other different places triggered by incessant rainfall since September 16.
The landslips were removed with the help of a dozer, under the initiative of Sisneri Village Development Committee and Sisneri Road Construction Consumers Committee.
However, vehicular movement on the Phakhel section had resumed two days back.
