KATHMANDU: CTV Mobile at Tamrakar House, New Road, has opened the bookings of Verve Tablet PC. CTV Mobile has imported the Hong Kong-made tablet PC for Nepal that has already been a big hit among customers in South American countries.

The company has fixed the price of the tablet at Rs 22,769 and launched an offer targeting students with an introductory price of Rs 19,999. The tablet PC comes with a one-year warranty, said CTV Mobile.

Verve Tablet PC uses Android operating software and has a 7” screen and supports wi-fi, phone, SMS, MMS, 3G, HD video call and gaming.

The tablet has a good battery backup running normally for up to 48 hours and gives backup of up to six hours if used continuously, the company claimed. The tablet PC has an installed RAM of 512 MB and supports internal memory of 8GB expandable up to 32GB. It has an installed 3G camera to operate Skype.
