We will not return seized property‚ says Secy Biplav

NEPALGUNJ: Newly formed CPN-Maoist Secretary Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ on Wednesday has categorically stated the party will not return the seized property.
Organising a press meet after holding the first meeting of Tharuwan State Committee Secretary Biplav said the party will not return the seized property without any legal arrangements.
The Maoist party has not returned the land and property seized during the insurgency in the districts including Banke, Bardia and Dang.
Secretary Biplav further said, the people will not return the seized property at the whims of Prachanda and Baburam, adding, “The land and house which are now in possession of the people have been achieved through the people’s revolt,”
“The party will, however, rethink of the property seized through unfair means,” he added.
