KATHMANDU: A 40-year-old woman committed suicide by hanging herself with a shawl in her Ranibari-based rented room on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Shova Tamang, 40, of Nuwakot.
Man Bahadur Tamang, deceased’s husband, who rushed her to Thamel-based Mana Mohan Hospital after he found her hanging, died while undergoing treatment.
Police are initiating an investigation into the incident.
