Daughter files FIR

KATHMANDU: Rajshree Jha, daughter of former Nepali ambassador to France Keshav Raj Jha, on Wednesday filed a FIR at the Metropolitan Police Circle, Singha Durbar.

Elder among two siblings, doctor Rajshree arrived in Kathmandu from East Timor on Wednesday.

Rajshree, visited her mother Gyanu Thapaliya Jha  who is residing at her sister house in Baneshwor and then went to the police station to file FIR. She has demanded maximum punishment for the guilty, but has not named any suspect. Rajshree then went to the department of forensic medicine at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, where she filed a formal letter seeking post-mortem examination. Dr Kiran Raj Jha, son of deceased, is expected to arrive in Kathmandu on Thursday.
