KATHMANDU: Senior leader of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba is leaving for India today.

A press statement issued by the party chief secretary Rishikesh Tiwari said the former prime minister is embarking on a week-long visit upon the invitation of Indian government.

Deuba is scheduled to leave the Trivhuvan International Airport at 4:15 pm today.
