KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Chapter of Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) has demanded action against the guilty, condemning the attack on journalist Bhawana Bidrohi on Wednesday night.

Issuing a press release on Thursday, Chapter secretary Mohan Prasad Panta demanded action against Suresh Basnet who involved in the attack.

Police have already arrested Basnet. Bidrohi is the editor of 'Bidroha' weekly. She received injuries on head and face.

Bidrohi is receiving treatment at Bir Hospital Trauma Centre, said Chapter President Shantaram Bidari.
