KATHMANDU: The CPN Maoist Centre on Sunday discussed preparations underway to ensure endorsement of the no-confidence motion registered by the party against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, at its Central Office meeting.

The Parliament is scheduled to begin discussions on the motion on Thursday.

According to party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal's Secretariat, the meeting also discussed appointing leaders in the party's Politburo, Secretariat and Central Office.

The meeting would resume at 8 am on Monday, according to Dahal's Secretariat.
