Kathmandu, October 29

Medical test of candidates, who passed the written test for jobs in South Korea under Employment Permit System, started today in four hospitals in the Valley.

EPS Korea Section has designated Civil Service Hospital, Shukraraj Tropical &Infectious Disease Hospital, Korea-Nepal Friendship Hospital and Patan Academy of Health Sciences for candidates’ medical test.

This year, around 12,000 candidates passed the written test for employment in South Korea under EPS.

All these candidates have to pass the medical test and produce a police report to apply for employment in Korea. The tests include urine test, blood test and X-Ray.

The EPS Section said candidates’ departure was likely to begin from February.
