PM calls meeting to facilitate coordination between central, provincial govs

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is holding a meeting with the chief ministers and attorney generals of all seven provinces today.

The meeting being held at the invitation of PM Oli, commenced at 11:00 am today, at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar, Kathmandu.

According to Control Contact Section at the OPMCM, PM Oli has been discussing various criteria to facilitate coordination and cooperation among the central and provincial governments.

The PM is holding meeting with the province chief ministers and attorney generals for the first time since he assumed his office on February 15.

Minister for Federal Affairs and Local Development Lalbabu Pandit, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sher Bahadur Tamang, Minister for Physical Infrastructure & Transport Raghubir Mahaseth, Minister for commerce Matrika Prasad Yadav are attending the meeting along with chief ministers and attorney generals of seven provinces.
