KATHMANDU: A 70-year-old man died after falling off the fourth floor of a hospital building in Harisiddhi of Lalitpur, on Saturday.

Chhiring Tamang from Jorpati of Kathmandu was attending his wife, admitted at the Nepal Cancer Institute and Research Centre.

Police said the mentally retarded man had sustained injuries in the fall.

He was rushed to the Patan Hospital for treatment, where he breathed last, police added.

Further investigation is underway.
