NCP (NCP) Chairman Dahal off to New Delhi

KATHMANDU: Chairman of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has left for New Delhi, India, this morning. In New Delhi, the former prime minister is scheduled to attend a programme in the capacity of a chief guest to be organised by India Foundation.

As the chief guest of the event, Dahal would deliver his speech on Nepal-India relations as well as his party’s standpoint. There will be no other political meetings during Dahal's visit to India, it is said.

Upon his departure, the former PM said that he is going to attend the programme in New Delhi as he had received the invitation of the programme some two months ago.

Leaders of NCP (NCP) Bishnu Poudel, Agni Sapkota, Dinanath Sharma and others reached the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) to see off Prachanda. The NCP Chairman is scheduled to arrive home by the evening from New Delhi.
