LALITPUR: A 70-year-old man died after allegedly falling off the fourth floor of a hospital building in Harisiddhi of Lalitpur, on Saturday.

Chhiring Tamang of Jorpati, Kathmandu, was attending to his wife, who was admitted to the Nepal Cancer Institute and Research Centre.

Police said the man sustained fatal injuries in the fall. He was rushed to the Patan Hospital, where he died while undergoing treatment, police added. "An investigation into the incident has been launched," said police.
