KATHMANDU: A Standing Committee meeting of the UCPN-Maoist on Thursday discussed contemporary political situation of the country and unification of Maoist parties.

The meeting was held at the party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal's residence in Lazimpat.

The next meeting has been scheduled for 8 am tomorrow.
