National 3-on-3 Basketball

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Basketball Association (NeBA) is organising the Premier Cup first National 3-on-3 Basketball Championships here from Sunday. The organisers have expected 48 teams – 32 in men and 16 in women’s section – to take part in the one week long tournament to be held at the National Sports Council covered hall. Chitwan, Rupandehi, Syangja, Kaski and Sunsari will participate as the teams from outside valley. KATHMANDU: National Campus and NASA won the second Nobel Cup Under-19 National 3-on-3 Basketball Championships here at the National Sports Council covered hall today. NSC grants financial assistance

KATHMANDU: The National Sports Council (NSC) handed over financial assistance to 26 national associations for tournament purpose here today. More importantly, it was the first time that the Nepal’s sports governing body has handed over the assistance collectively. NSC makes major decisions

KATHMANDU: The 79th National Sports Council (NSC) board meeting chaired by Youth and Sports minister Hit Bahadur Tamang on Tuesday made nine major decisions. The board decided to form a high level task force to establish Sports College, informed the NSC member secretary Yubaraj Lama at a press meet today.
