RAJBIRAJ: Police used force in Saptari today to open traffic obstruction by a group of people who brought vehicular movement to a halt to protest the expulsion of four lawmakers. Khadga Budhathoki, 35, attacked his wife Shova with a spade on her head while they were returning home working in the field on Friday evening.
