POKHARA: Police in Kaski district on Wednesday made public four persons, two reportedly arrested for possessing illegal drugs and two others for stealing, in Pokhara.

Juna Nepali (40) of Ghale Chok in Pokhara Metropolitan City-10 and Subash Rana (30) of ward 15 were arrested in possession of 90 grams brown heroin from Indrachok, in Pokhara on Tuesday, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Khadga Bahadur Khatri at District Police Office (DPO), Kaski.

Police reportedly arrested Dipak Ghale (19) of Pokhara Metopolitan City-6 on theft charge from Khahare in Lakeside, Pokhara on Tuesday. Police seized stolen items including a laptop and a mobile phone from the possession of Ghale during a random security check in the area.

Likewise, police arrested Binda Tamang (31) of Ghaighat in Udayapur district, currently residing in Pokhara Metropolitan City-13 on theft charge. Police have confiscated four money-bags from her possession.

Meanwhile, cases have been filed against all the arrestees, Chief of the DPO, Om Bahadur Rana said.
