The selected members of Nepal Communist Party for Province 2 took oath of office at a programme organised in Chandrapur Municipality in Rautahat on Thursday.

Chairman Prabhu Sah, in the presence of the province in-charge Satyanarayan Mandal, administered the oath and secrecy to 216 members selected from the eight districts of the province.

Addressing the programme, Sah said that the party could not work as much it had been expected as the province committee had not got completed for

a long time. “All the problems will be solved after the province committees are completed,”

he added.

Sah appealed to the members to engage in development activities as per the people’s interest. Meanwhile, province in-charge Mandal said the government had a clear policy for making the country prosperous. He also appealed to the members to move ahead with development activities, respecting people’s sentiments.
