JHAPA: Some 35 tankers carrying petroleum products have entered Nepal via the Kakarbhitta checkpoint last night and this morning.

According to the Area Police Office, Kakarbhitta,  34 tankers had entered Nepal through the checkpoint yesterday night while a tanker came through the checkpoint this morning.

Among the tankers, 13 were carrying petrol, 21 laden with diesel and one with kerosene, said Laya Prasad Bhandari, Chairman of the Mechi Petroleum Association, Jhapa.
