BHOJPUR: Airline passengers have increased in Bhojpur district of eastern Nepal.

Nepal Airline Corporation (NAC) Bhojpur branch has informed that the passengers for Biratnagar and Kathmandu have increased in the district.

Nayan Puri, Head of NAC in the district informed that the company is operating four flights to Kathmandu and two to Biratnagar in a week.

However, frequent changes in weather has obstructed the regular flights, informed Puri.

Tara Air is also operating a Kathmandu- Bhojpur flight on every Thursday.

Regular strikes called by different organisations and incessant rainfall are causing problem in movement of vehicles on land routes have caused the flow of passengers, informed NAC.
