Assistance of Rs 9 lakh to family of deceased Nepali employed in Japan

WALING: Japan-based Syangja Support Society has provided financial assistance to the family of a youth who breathed his last in Japan.

The organisation on Wednesday has aided Rs 890,000 to Kaushila KC, mother of Deepak KC (27) of Arjunchaupari-9, Keware in Syangja district.

On behalf of the society, Vice-Chairperson Sagarmani Bhandari expressed his sorrow for the untimely demise of KC as he had entered Japan in course of employment only six months ago.

"The fund raising campaign was especially initiated by the Society, which is the organisation of people from Syangja, employed in Japan," he said.

It has been learned that KC had breathed his last in Japan due to heart attack two months ago.
