DHADING: At least 20 people were injured after a bus they were travelling on met with an accident in a rural road in Khalte of  Dhading district on Monday.

The bus (Ba 3 Kha 8263) had left for Fyakse of Khalte VDC from the district headquarters Dhading Bensi when it skidded off the road and fell some 40 metres down at Patenigaon, Khalte at around 5:30 pm.

Ram Bahadur Gurung, a local resident, informed that 15 of the people seem to have sustained serious injuries.

Security personnel and ambulances have reached the incident site and rescue operation is underway, he he said.
