Bad weather affects goods supply in Langtang

RASUWA: The unfavourable climate for three days has affected the supply of daily essentials in the Langtang region in Rasuwa district.

Suppa Tamang, a campaigner who is leading the resettlement bid of the quake-hit in Langtang, said that the efforts to supply the goods in helicopters were not materialised due to bad weather. Tamang said that they are working to supply the goods to help resettle the displaced from the earthquake in the region. The quake-displaced locals of the Langtang region are taking shelter in Yellow Gumba in the capital city.

The District Natural Disaster Rescue Committee has provided 50 tarps and necessary foodstuffs for the same.
