Boy dies by drowning in Saptari district
RAJBIRAJ: A minor from India drowned in a pond at Dakaneshwori Municipality-3 of Saptari district on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Lalakur a four-year-old, son of Surendra Mukhiya a permanent resident of Madhubani district at Bihar state of India.
According to Locals," The incident took place when the child who had come to his maternal uncle's house fell into the pond while he was playing."
The body is now at Rajbiraj-based Gajendra Narayan Singh Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital for post mortem, Police said.
Further investigation into the case is underway.
