KATHMANDU: The ultimate meeting of Constituent Assembly, which will promulgate Nepal's Constitution 2072, has been delayed by an hour. The meeting called for 5 pm will be held at 6 pm now.

President Dr Ram Baran Yadav is scheduled to make the announcement of commencement of the new constitution amid a special ceremony in the CA.

The ceremonial Head of the State will deliver a speech also. The Cabinet endorsed the content of his speech, earlier today.

With the promulgation of new charter, the Interim Constitution of Nepal will automatically repeal and the Constituent Assembly will be transformed into Legislature-Parliament from today.
