Dolakha’s Community Hospital Charikot provided financial aid to various organisations.

The hospital organised a press conference today and provided a cheque worth Rs 25,000 to the Federation of Nepali Journalists, Dolakha chapter for construction of its building.

Similarly, it provided Rs 50,000 to Nepal Red Cross Society to construct a building for the blood bank, which was damaged by the 2015 earthquake.

Hospital operator Jivan Bahadur Budhathoki handed over the cheques on the occasion of Democracy Day today.

“As patients have been affected by the non-operation of the blood bank, we hope that our help will help bring it back to operation,” said Budhathoki.
