KATHMANDU: A driver died on the spot after the tractor he was driving met with an accident in Arjundhara Municipality-6 of Jhapa district on Monday.

Anu BK (29) of Mai Municipality-29 in Ilam district was driving the tractor (Me 1 Ta 1867) when it swerved and overturned at Captainbari, crushing him, according to Anarmani-based Area Police Office.

Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway, said police.
