KATHMANDU: A man died when the jeep he was driving on fell below the road in Sandhikharka Municipality-4 along the Sandhikharka-Wangla inner road section of Arghakhanchi district on Monday night.

Local Santosh Bhusal (36) was driving the jeep (Lu 1 Ja 1770) when it lost control and plunged some 50 metres below at 8:15 pm yesterday, critically injuring him, according to police.

Injured Bhusal was rushed to the Sandhikharka-based District Hospital where he breathed his last during the course of treatment, informed police.

Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway, said police.
