Femme fatale robs Myagdi man of fortune on dinner date

BABIYACHAUR: A young woman has allegedly robbed a local businessman of gold, mobile phone and hard cash after rendering him unconscious during a dinner date.

The woman had invited Kuldip Jukjali – a businessman in Hadebhir area of Beni – for dinner at 'Pun Hotel and Nan House' on Monday evening where the duo ordered liquor along with meal.

Jukjali fell unconscious after drinking the liquor, apparently laced with sedative. The femme fatale then made off with his belongings along with 10 tolas of gold ornaments.

According to the alleged victim, he was robbed of golden ring, chain and bracelet.

After he woke up this morning, Jukjali discovered he was robbed by the woman. He is currently receiving treatment at the Myagdi District Hospital.

Jukjali, who is Chairman of the Lok Dohari Geet Academy in Myagdi, had met with the young woman at the agriculture achinery parts factory. The victim had given the woman his visiting card following which both started talking over phone for a few days before the incident.

Police said they are trying to get hold of the suspect based on the description of her appearance. She is said to have brownish hair, wearing white pants and white sweater and having slender body.
