Forum Nepal will not stay in Democratic Alliance, says Yadav

BIRATNAGAR: Chairman of the Federal Socialist Forum Nepal, Upendra Yadav, has said that his party does not want to remain in the Nepali Congress-led Democratic Alliance.

Talking to media persons at Biratnagar Airport today, Chairman Yadav, however, clarified that there was a possibility of collaboration with the Alliance for seats at mutual understanding.

He further said that consensus should be forged on the main political issue to remain in the Democratic Alliance.

Stating that the recent Cabinet expansion was wrong, Chairman Yadav said, "Forging alliance with opposition party even after remaining in the power by the CPN Maoist Centre is immoral."

He claimed that his party would make its own government at Province 2, saying the party would win two-third seats in Madhes.
