Four bills principally get approval in Province 4
POKHARA: A meeting of the Province 4 Council of Ministers has principally granted approval to four bills.
Spokesperson of Council of Ministers Ram Sharan Basnet shared that the Cabinet meeting on Friday approved the bills related to formation of Province Planning and Policy Commission, fiscal equalisation, model tax law, and certification of public documents.
The meeting also decided to present three bills to the Province Assembly. The bills to be presented are related to perks and benefits of local level rural municipality, municipality and metropolis; perks and benefits of Province Assembly Speaker, Deputy Speaker, Chief Minister and Ministers; and a 30-point code of conduct of the Council of Ministers.
Spokesperson Basnet added that the proposed bill on perks and benefits has been set scientifically.
