Govt urges India to ensure that no armed security personnel enter Nepal in future

KATHMANDU: The government said it urged the Indian authorities to ensure that no any armed security personnel enter Nepal in future.

Expressing its attention over the incident in which 13 Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) personnel entered into the Nepali territory in Kechana village of Jhapa yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday said it has urged the southern neighbour, via its Kathmandu-based embassy, to ensure that such incidents are not recurred in future.

They were, later, handed over to the concerned officials of the SSB 12 Battalion, Kishangunj.
