An unidentified group detonated the IED targeting Tumlingtar-based office of Arun-3 Hydropower Project at around midnight, informed Chief District Officer Shiwaraj Joshi.

CDO Joshi added that the explosion caused minor damaged to the office.

Meanwhile, further investigation into the explosion into the case is underway and extensive search is on for the perperators, stressed Joshi.
