GULMI: A landslide triggered by torrential downpour has blocked the Gulmi-Ridi-Tamghas route in Resunga Municipality-15 of Gulmi district on Monday.

Hundreds of vehicles travelling to and from Tamghas, Palpa, Butwal and Kathmandu have been stranded because of the landslide.

Efforts are being made to clear the landslide debris, but it would take some time, informed Prem Shrestha, Chief of the District Traffic Police Office.
