CHITWAN: The Narayangadh-Muglin road section has been obstructed following a landslide in Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality-6 of Chitwan district, in the wee hours today.

According to District Police Office, Chitwan, the landslip occurred at Tope Khola at 5:00 am today and it may take five to eight hours to remove the landslide debris.

Landslides are frequent on this section during the monsoon, which is made worse by the roadside hill slopes being scrapped in course of road widening works.
