DHADING: A motorcyclist died in a road accident in Gajuri-2 of Dhading district today.

The deceased has been identified as Krishna Bhakta Pudasaini (45) of Bharatpur Municipality-10 in Chitwan district, according to the District Police Office, Dhading.

The accident took place when an India-registered vehicle (MH CK 2114) heading towards Kathmandu hit the motorcycle (Na 9 Pa 5334) en route to Kathmandu.

Pudasaini died on the way to a hospital.

Similarly, pillion rider, Manu Pudasaini (19), daughter of the deceased, was injured in the incident and is receiving treatment at a local hospital.

The same vehicle also hit the bus (Na 4 Kha 675) heading towards Kathmandu, but none of the passengers of the bus was injured, said police.
