No constitution amendment, says UML leader Khanal

ILAM: The CPN-UML senior leader and former Prime Minister Jhalanath Kahnal on Thursday claimed that the constitution amendment bill would not be endorsed at any cost as it was an irrelevant tune.

Speaking in a programme organised in Phikkal of Ilam district today, UML leader Khanal urged the Rastriya Janata Party Nepal to participate in election process by considering the responsibility of completing three-tier of elections by upcoming January 21.

He further urged the elected local body representatives to pay attention for the development of touristic sites.

Khanal also directed the party cadres to join in election campaigns in Province 2 to make the party largest one.
