KATHMANDU: A man died after a truck with Indian registration number plate hit him at Darechok of Muglin in Chitwan district on Friday.

The identity of the man, who appeared to be in his mid 40s, is yet to be established.

Police said that he breathed his last during the course of treatment at the Bharatpur-based Chitwan Medical College today.

Police have impounded the truck and arrested its driver for investigation.
