KATHMANDU: An 18-year-old youth apparently committed suicide by jumping into the Phewa Lake in Pokhara of Kaski on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Sabal Pokharel, a permanent resident Pokhara Sub-Metropolitan City-2.

After getting information that the youth dived into the lake, a police team deployed from the Ward Police Office, Baidam had rushed to the incident, but they could not rescue him.
