DAMAULI: In the occasion of 108th International Women's Day a Prabhat Pheri rally was organised by Office of Women and Children in association with Madiganga Multipurpose Cooperative Ltd in Tanahun district on Thursday.

The rally that began from Ansan Chok circled around the Damauli Bazaar. Women holding various banners and placards had chanted slogans related to women’s rights in a bid to spread awareness about the same.

People from different walks of life took part in the rally including the chiefs of district government offices, chiefs of district security forces, businessmen, teachers, students, farmers, representative of women cooperation groups, among others.
