Prez Bhandari in Saptari to inaugurate Mahayagya
SAPTARI: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has arrived in Saptari on Saturday to inaugurate the Rudra Chandi Mahayagya at Chhinnamasta Bhagawati Temple.
The President is also scheduled to offer special worship at the temple, it has been learned.
