KATHMANDU: President of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai on Tuesday expressed grief over the death of innocent Nepalis in Monday’s suicide attack inKabul.

Talking with President Bidhya Devi Bhandari over telephone this evening President Ghani wished quick recovery of those injured in the attack  said they were given priority in treatment.

Issuing a press statement Assistant Spokesperson at the Office of the President Dhruba Raj Acharya stated that President Bhandari thanked President Ghani for his concern and said she believed the Afghan government would arrange for the security of Nepalis living there.

Bhandari also said Nepal condemns all forms of terrorist acts and is with Afghanistan in its fight against terrorism.

She also informed that Nepali was preparing to send a chartered plane to bring home the bodies of Nepalis who died in the attack and wished for support of the Afghanistan government.
