Sadbhawana Party removes Sah from senior vice-chair

Kathmandu, June 2

The Rajendra Mahato-led Sadbhawana Party today reshuffled its National Working Committee and relieved its lawmaker Sanjay Sah from Senior Vice-chair of the party.

Sah, who is facing murder charges, is now in judicial custody.

According to party General Secretary Manish Kumar Suman, Mahato, exercising the power entrusted by the party statute and as per the decisions of the party’s office bearers’ meeting held from March 28 to March 30, reshuffled the National Working Committee.

Mrigendra Kumar Singh Yadav was named the new Senior Vice-chair of the party.

Suman said Sanjay Sah was relieved from the party post as he himself told the party that he was not able to attend the party meeting due to legal issues and he wanted to be relieved from the party’s responsibilities.

According to Suman, Sanjay Sah’s wife Rangila Sah was named Central Committee member of the party and Ajay Gupta was nominated as the party’s joint general secretary.

Similarly Lal Kishor Sah was nominated spokesperson of the party.
